Prosciutto & Truffle Balsamic Salad

Yet another example of an extremely simple dish, transferred into something rich and luxurious by a simple drizzle of TruffleHunter magic. Healthy, luxurious, fast food at its best.  Sufficient for a starter for 4 persons.

Preparation: 10 minutes  /  Cooking: 0 minutes



Step 1:
Peel and slice the red onion into thin rings.

Step 2:
Tear the Prosciutto into small pieces, approximately 1 or 2 inches square.

Step 3:
In a large mixing bowl, toss the mixed salad leaves, red onion, prosciutto, salt, pepper and the Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

Step 4:
Arrange your salad on four individual plates and finish each serve with a generous drizzle of TruffleHunter White Truffle Balsamic Vinegar. Serve immediately.
