The Black Truffle Mustard is made with authentic Dijon mustard imported from France and expertly blended with the highest quality European Black Truffles (Tuber Aestivum). The Flaked Black Truffle Salt is made from the highest quality European Black Truffle (Tuber Aestivum), expertly blended with flaked Cornish sea salt.

What does it taste like?

White Truffle Honey: Luxuriously smooth texture, with a powerful white truffle aroma. The taste is uniquely sweet & earthy with extraordinary depth from the white truffles.

Black Truffle Mustard: Light in texture, with a mild heat and heady black truffle taste.

Flaked Black Truffle Salt: The salt flakes are delicate in texture, with a subtle black truffle aroma. Expect a mineral-rich salt hit, followed by an earthy black truffle flavour.

How should I use it?

White Truffle Honey: Perfect for salad dressings and glazes, or as an accompaniment to cheese and cured meat. We recommend baking white truffle honey & nut biscuits!

Black Truffle Mustard: This condiment is designed for everyday luxury, so spread it on everything! Perfect for adding depth to burgers and sausages, or creating gourmet honey/mustard salad dressings.

Flaked Black Truffle Salt: Use to complement and transform any dish. The salt flakes melt much quicker than traditional salt crystals, making them particularly good in sauces, marinades or rubs.
